How to request a refund

Email us at support@chessou.com or use the contact form, and tell us the email address on your account. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Who handles the payment

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Once your refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Your EU right of withdrawal
